I’ve almost always got something going in my ears. The wireless earbuds are probably frying my brain if the information isn’t, but at least I’ll die entertained. Today I want to shine a light on three podcast episodes that have been especially entertaining, informative, or insightful. Fair warning, the first two are not for sensitive ears and have explicit language.
First I have to give another shoutout to Conspiracy Pilled and Episode 14: Donald Trump Time Travel Conspiracy. Make sure you follow the link to Rumble so that you can hear the full episode in all its deranged glory. PJ and Abby are joined by Matty Ice and his conspiracy board (you know– strings, newspaper clippings, notes, pictures, etc) for the most ADHD discussion ever. You don’t have to agree with Matty Ice (I certainly don’t), to be wildly entertained. To say any more would be to spoil the wild ride.
The second show worth mentioning is My First Million: How Liver King and SBF Used Drugs to Skyrocket Their Business. If you haven’t been exposed to Liver King and his downfall, lucky you and maybe you should skip this one. But if you are familiar with the now-disgraced fitness guru, the hosts have a different take on what he did, why it’s impressive, and still terrible. They also get into Sam Bankman-Fried’s shenanigans, high-end real estate, and generally have a good time.
Finally, I have something a little more family friendly and the episode that inspired this list. Darren Marler has two podcasts (and counting) and here he combines the two into one awesome bundle. His flagship show, Weird Darkness, delves into the creepy and bizarre, true crime, etc. His other show, Church of the Undead, is a more faith focused, with mini-sermons. In Knights, Dragons, and Dino DNA Marler ponders the idea that not only were dragons real, but explores how Noah managed to keep dinosaurs on his eponymous ark.
I hope you find these as entertaining I did. Let me know if there are some standout podcasts I probably haven’t heard and where I should start.
